Gone to A Place Whever Everything is Kawaii A.K.A. Cute
On the weekend of September 22-24, 2023 we set up shop at the Mariott hotel convention space in Allen, Texas. We are more than grateful to Sho Jo Cosplay and Y2KON for allowing us to be a part of this year's first annual Y2KON Anime convention. The place was filled with lively characters (literally) from wall to wall and handcrafted goods of all kinds.
Con visitors were able to meet featured cosplayers, attend panels with voice actors like Gary Anthony Williams (Uncle Rucus from the Boondocks), Debi Derryberry (Jimmy Neutron), Greg Cipes (Beast Boy from Teen Titans), Daran Norris (Cosmo from the Fairly Odd Parents and many many other characters), and Michaela Jill Murphy (Toph from Avatar).
